Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? No problem. Our goodwill returns policy means you can return an item within 28 days of when you purchased or received it (14 days for sale items bought online, unless otherwise stated; exclusions apply). If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange (store returns only) or a full refund.
You can obtain a refund or exchange products bought online or in store with a valid receipt or parcel summary document within 28 days, excluding sale items. For sale items, you have 14 days. It’s free, and easy to return items to us:

We aim to answer all requests within 48 hours (business opening days – Monday to Friday).
All our deliveries should take between 3-5 working days to arrive (when ordered Monday to Friday – the shop is closed at weekends, except on match days, when we are open until close of play). Should there be any delay on this time, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help track your order.
In the case that an order may take longer to arrive, we will contact you, using the details provided.
We want to make sure you are happy with your products and will work with you to solve any problems that may arise along the way.
Products may be refunded or returned based on a complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. Please inform us via email of any damage immediately upon delivery. You must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date for any damage claims to be considered valid. We reserve the right to deny any damage claims after this three-day window, but we will consider all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
